If you’re using Mightex excitation lights, you may find these programs handy. I have two versions customized for different procedures.
The main version will allow you to control up to 4 lights, trigger on 2, and pulse with 2.
The alternative version is designed specifically for a 2 channel Fluorescence Recovery after Photobleaching (FRAP) mode. It can be used for metabolic studies, such as NADH FRAP. The photobleaching mode is particularly useful by allowing a quick, low-powered peek option so that the photobleaching light can be aligned without any photodamage. After alignment, the light can be set to external triggering and can be controlled by a pulse generator.
